(CMI) is a small private for-profit management and consulting firm focused on improving performance and productivity while maintaining high quality standards for our not-for-profit client. Essential Duties: Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and wellness benefits. Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system. Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits enrollment, changes and terminations are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction. Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims. Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data relative to premiums, claims and costs; resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives. Reconcile benefits statements. Administer FMLA, including documentation, tracking and assisting employees. Administer COBRA, including paperwork for terminated employees, maintaining COBRA spreadsheet; send payments received to Payroll Manager. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible start/end time) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 310 W.
