Job Description:

****$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

1st $1,000.00: after 30 days of employment

2nd  $1,000.00: after 6 months of employment

 

Essential Duties:

·         Develop and implement recovery oriented group services for Peer Recovery Support Specialists and Residential Coordinators..

·         Review and implement patient interventions based on the FGC Residential Guidebook. Ensure there is always appropriate coverage and staffing for residential operations.

·         Continuously assesses and improves the performance of care and services provided. 

·         Supervises documentation to ensure that documentation reflects services and care provided to clients.

·         Responsible for productivity of services and goals and submits weekly productivity of the program.  

·         Monitors and reports statistics on census for clinical service hours provided in accordance with agency goals.

·         Acts as management team coordinator with nursing staff – multidisciplinary team. 

·         Assists as needed with program design, marketing, and performance improvement.

·         Ensures Quality Improvement Plans are implemented in accordance with the PI department.

·         Conducts and documents minimum monthly supervision meetings with each team member.

 

·         Participates in interviewing for counselors and other positions as needed, make hiring and termination recommendations.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00am - 6:30pm) with one weekend per month

Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno, IL

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $50,000-$55,000; based on experience and certifications

Experience and Skills:

 

Education and/or Experience:  High School Diploma or GED is required. 3 to 5 years plus experience managing direct staff. Strong communication skills, de-escalation skills, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution skills required. Adaptability is necessary in working in a fast paced environment while interacting in a positive manner with other disciplines and clients. It is desirable to be proactive in solving problems and have an appreciation of continuous improvements concepts. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use clinical software is expected.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Experience in a behavioral health treatment setting is preferred. Personal lived experience in recovery is preferred.
