Assist clinical team with the implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents. Monitor and evaluate resident progress, provide guidance. Implement crisis intervention techniques and ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff. Address and resolve conflicts among residents or between residents and staff in a fair and respectful manner. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 120 N. 11th St., Springfield, IL Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 per hour; based on experience Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD).
