Essential Duties:

• Administering all toxicology tests with clients and entering accurate toxicology information into database. All toxicology tests including urine drops must be appropriately and carefully observed.
• Ensuring that all completed state and private drops are being logged into internal computer systems. 
• Perform accurate USPO, Probation and Pre-trial urine specimens collection and complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Packaging and mailing out all toxicology tests including urine specimens as scheduled.
• Assist at front desk as needed (answer phones and transfer calls at the front desk and assist with patient check-in/directing patients to appropriate departments).

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15a - 2:45p) with Saturdays as needed

Start Date: October 5th, 2025

Work Location: 310 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.08

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be a minimum 18 years of age. One or two years of customer service experience. Must have good computer skills and detailed oriented. Must be able to work with a team as well as independently.
