Job Description:

Essential Duties:

  • Promotes a welcoming, positive customer service culture which encourages patient outcomes and promotes staff retention.
  • Manage lobby area, greet visitors, check in clients, request and receive payments from clients, coordinate payment plans as needed. 
  • Administer toxicology testing for clients as needed; ensure appropriate tracking, storage, and chain of custody processes. 
  • Performs front desk duties (answer phones, route calls to designated party, take messages, etc.)
  • Maintains communication with local agencies and resources needed to ensure quality client care and provide appropriate referrals as needed.
  • Handles client inquires and complaints. 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15a - 2:45p) with Saturday rotation (7:00a - 11:00a)

Start Date: Mid-February

Location Address: 15400 S. Page Ave., Harvey IL

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have customer service experience.
