Essential Duties: • Oversee daily operations of the Springfield Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) mobile unit, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with program goals, grant requirements, and agency standards. • Supervise Springfield outreach staff providing daily, on-the-ground outreach services, including monitoring performance, engagement quality, and adherence to outreach and safety protocols. • Collaborate with the Associate Administrator of Outreach Services to identify, establish, and maintain new partnership locations for both mobile outreach programs. • Supervise Springfield outreach staff providing daily, on-the-ground outreach services, including monitoring staff performance, engagement quality, and adherence to outreach protocols. • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data collection for outreach activities and patients served, including regular review of data entries for quality, completeness, and compliance with SAFE and other grant requirements. • Maintain and update internal program trackers and reporting tools to support performance monitoring and required grant reporting. • Coordinate medication delivery to patients in Sangamon County and surrounding areas, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery protocols. • Register for, coordinate, and participate in community events and outreach activities that support mobile services and SAFE program goals. Schedule Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on the program needs of the agency, and flexibility is required. Work Location: 120 N. 11th St., Springfield, IL Pay Rate: $50,000-$55,000; based on experience and certifications Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD). Experience and Skills: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, OR a minimum of five years’ experience in evidence-based substance use disorder treatment services. Master’s degree in public health, administration, public policy, or related field preferred by not required. Experience in behavioral health, community health outreach, substance use harm reduction, withdrawal management programs, medication-assisted treatment, and/or mobile healthcare services required.
