Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Check in patients that are presenting for Methadone dosing. Review file for all HOLDS and instruct patient to follow through with drug screening, treatment plans and any other clinical requests.• Answer incoming calls, greet callers and visitors to the facility, provide information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary. • Answer simple questions about company services. • Operate communication systems, such as telephone, intercom, two-way radio, or public address.• Page individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging or interoffice communication. • Greet visitors courteously; determine their needs; log visits on visitor log sheet; provide visitor badges; and direct visitor to proper person/office.• Check in patients and visitors; make copies of required documents that patients bring in for clinical review.• Relay or route written or verbal messages. • Route emergency calls appropriately. • Notify appropriate staff of incoming deliveries or presence of repair or maintenance personnel.• Operate office machines and copy equipment.• Assist with toxicology collection if needed. Experience and Skills: Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent with at least 2 years of administrative/office manager experience. Experience in customer service strongly preferred. Basic knowledge of clerical practices and procedures, data and administrative management practices and procedures.
