Job Description:

Comprehensive Management, Inc. (CMI) is a small private for profit management and consulting firm focused on improving performance and productivity while maintaining high quality standards for our not for profit client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare new hire packages.

Coordinate and manage new hire orientation

Responsible to collect and maintain all the require employee paperwork in the system for all locations.

Responsible to complete, verify and maintains I-9 files.

Train new hires in how to use Paylocity

Administer on a daily basis our HRIS Paylocity for all pending changes  requested from employees.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

Assist HR Manager and VP of Human Resources with on-going staff training.


Number of Opening Positions: 1

Starting Salary: $15.00/ hr

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Experience and Skills:


Associates Degree and one year of Administrative experience. Strong computer knowledge, good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a team player. Must be well organized, have attention to detail, and able to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion. Needs to work quickly and work well under pressure. Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
