Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management and coordination of services for patients.
  • Assist patients to prepare for and obtain employment and housing whenever appropriate.
  • Monitor behavioral compliance issues and report concerns and/or noncompliance to the primary counselor, program manager, and federal officers.
  • Provide information to federal officers regarding client’s status in treatment.
  • Monitor daily attendance to medication and scheduled drug tests and maintain monthly logs.
  • Assist with the intake for new clients as needed.
  • Prepare required paperwork for scheduled drug tests, assist with urine collection, and ship specimens daily.
  • Submit monthly inventory of toxicology supplies.
  • Responsible for completing and submitting monthly billing invoices.
  • Assist with filing monthly documentation and reviewing charts.
  • Attend meetings and provide input.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with Saturday Rotation

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: An Associate’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field and substance abuse experience is preferred. Persons with other experience may be considered. The case manager requires proven written and oral communication skills as well as crisis intervention skills.
