Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To assure customer service to staff, clients and guests. Directing phone calls to appropriate staff, directing clients to counselors and assists in all file room functions.

  • Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area
  • Direct clients to the appropriate department or area
  • Performs general office duties, filing, copying, etc. as requested
  • Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic
  • See if there are notes/ holds for clients in computer
  • Keep front desk clean and prepared for medication hours
  • Maintain files in an orderly and timely fashion
  • Receives patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
  • Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area
  • Must be able to support all toxicology services
