Job Description:

Comprehensive Management, Inc. (CMI) is a small private for profit management and consulting firm focused on improving performance and productivity while maintaining high quality standards for our not for profit client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create, revise and format any approved job posting request. Review with HR Manager prior to posting.

- Processes job posting request.

- Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s).

- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.

- Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies.

- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.

- Screens and forward candidates to hiring manager

- Phone screening candidates if needed

- Schedule interviews

- Interview candidates if needed.

- Coordinates background checks and new-hire drug testing.

- Maintains and process employee referral program.

- Run background check using the ISP entrust system for any perspective candidate

- Request funds for the ISP once amount is low

- Coordinate BOP background check requests and results for any perspective candidate

- Run License/ Certification Verification for any perspective candidate

- Manages candidate’s activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Responsible to prepare candidate’s pre-employment files with all required documents for each position in the agency.

- Maintain/ update Job Description as needed

- Extends verbal and written job offers when needed.

- Conducts new hire orientation in case the onboarding coordinator is not able to be present.

Number of Positions Opening: 1

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Hourly rate: $16 - $19 based on experience.

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education. Two years of prior recruiting experience.
