Essential Duties: Complete interviews with patients, review records and confer with other professionals to evaluate and determine sustainability for participation in a specific program Develop patient treatment plans and conducts continued-stay review based on needs and progress Coordinate counseling efforts with mental health professionals or other health professionals (i.e. doctors, nurse, social workers) Review and evaluates patients' progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment and care plans Intervene as an advocate for patients to resolve emergency problems in potential crisis situations Conduct regular, scheduled clinical supervision meetings with each counselor and document Train new support staff, clinical employees and interns Coordinate and approve staff schedule, time off requests and maintain Paylocity timekeeping records Ensure FGC team participation in all fire and safety codes/drills Serve as an effective role model for written and verbal communication Modify treatment plans to comply with changes in patient status Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00a - 2:30p) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 4354 Monroe St., Toledo, OH 43606 Family Guidance Centers, Inc is a Drug Free Environment, an Equal Opportunity Employer. Leadership and supervision skills are necessary to ensure staff and program development. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: State of Ohio Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor required; Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
