Job Description:

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems. Since 1969, FGC's comprehensive programming has educated and guided individuals toward their full potential as productive members within their own families and our society.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct Supervisor on all SUPR Program counselors
  • Clinically manage MAT, Residential and outpatient programs
  • Ensures that the clinic is consistently open for service on time and appropriately staffed
  • Continuously assess and improve the performance of care and services provided
  • Review, approve and/or disapprove continuing stay reviews at required intervals (depending on the level of care)
  • Supervise documentation to ensure that it reflects services and care provided correctly
  • Response for productivity of services and goals
  • Submits weekly productivity report to the AVP
  • Assists with program design, marketing and performance improvement as needed
  • Ensures all documentation standards are in accordance with FGC policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:00a - 4:30p) with flexibility

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution preferred. Master’s Degree preferred. Knowledge of ASAM Patient Placement criteria and regulatory stands is essential. Adaptability is necessary in working in a fast paced environment while interacting in a positive manner with other disciplines and clients. It is desirable to be proactive in solving problems and have an appreciation of continuous improvements concepts. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use clinical software is expected.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A CADC is required. LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW licensure preferred.
