Since 1969, FGC's comprehensive programming has educated and guided individuals toward their full potential as productive members within their own families and our society. ** BOP = Bureau of Prisons** Essential Duties: Promotes positive customer service culture which encourages quality patient outcomes and promotes staff retention Track that approved BOP staff are administering Sign In/Out procedures in accordance with SOW Track that approved BOP staff are conducting facility searches in accordance with SOW Track that approved BOP staff are completing all required logs (i.e. fire drill logs, etc. related to the BOP program) Ensure all documentation is done timely, accurately and in a ongoing fashion for compliance with SOW Will monitor for monthly compliance and report any deficiencies to BOP Program Manager Make sure all Safety Data sheets are completed, accurate and available for viewing for every chemical utilized within the RRC facility Conduct weekly checks of resident rooms for any needed repairing or replacing of broken or missing interior furniture (i.e. chairs, sofas, fans, interior furnishings found to be in despair) Assist BOP Program Manager with any Quality Control issues and monitor for compliance in accordance with SOW as needed Review FGC’s BOP program policies in-group or individual sessions with residents as needed Review as applicable the program structure and lines of communication with staff that patients can use to address various needs while in treatment Assess BOP clients' needs and advise a supervisor of situation Attend to BOP clients in crisis at the request of staff Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p) with flexibility for agency needs Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 120 N. 11th St, Springfield IL 62703 Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD) and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
