This allows our staff to tailor each student’s program to meet his or her individual needs. ****$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS**** 1st $500.00: after 30 days of employment 2nd $500.00: after 6 months of employment Essential Duties: Promotes positive customer service culture which encourages quality patient outcomes and promotes staff retention To maintain clinical responsibility for a full caseload of students and their families To collaborate with co-workers in the implementation of the IEP To conduct individual psychotherapy and drug treatment for teenagers abusing or dependent on substances on a weekly basis as designed on the IEP To conduct family therapy sessions as needed To lead or co-lead scheduled therapeutic & substance treatment groups weekly To maintain clinical documentation of clinical work (i.e. IEP goal tracking, Quarterly progress notes, Incident reports as needed, Therapeutic summaries) To attend district staffings as required To implement school disciplinary procedures as necessary To meet weekly with the Clinical Director/Clinical Coordinator in supervision To update progress on IEP quarterly or as needed To complete written report on student's progress quarterly or as needed To chaperone filed trips as needed To adhere to and support the philosophy of Metro Prep and Laureate Day School To perform other duties as assigned Regular School Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 3:30p) Summer School Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8:00a - 12:30p), Wednesday (8:00a - 3:30p) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 2525 E.
