(FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains clinical responsibility for a caseload of 5 students and their families. Conducts individual psychotherapy on a weekly basis as designed on the IEP. Conducts family therapy sessions as needed. Facilitates and/or co-facilitates scheduled therapeutic groups. Collaborates with co-workers in the implementation of the IEP. Maintains clinical documentation of clinical work: Weekly progress notes. Quarterly progress notes Incident reports as needed. Therapeutic summaries as needed. Attends district staffing as required. Implements school disciplinary procedures as necessary. Attends all required staff meetings and in-services. Meets weekly with the Clinical Director in supervision. Participates in weekly Case Conference Presentation. Participates in the shared duties and responsibilities necessary to the functioning of the milieu and school community as specified by administration. Updates progress on IEP quarterly or as needed. Completes written report on student’s progress quarterly or as needed. Assists staff in crisis intervention and physical management as needed. Chaperones field trips as needed.
