Essential Duties: Promotes positive customer service culture which encourages quality patient outcomes and promotes staff retention Provides input on program design, counselor performance and reviews, and performance improvement projects Reports to Program Manager the appropriateness and timeliness of clinical documentation Assists in daily operation of clinical programs Maintains a caseload of approximately 50 patients Completes weekly report of counselor billable hours Completes monthly review of drug-free program discharge data Provides training and orientation to all counselors Coordinates and communicates with referral sources (DCFS, Probation) regarding participation and progress in treatment Assist in the recruitment process with prospective candidates for open positions Other duties as assigned Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p) with flexibility to accommodate the agency's needs Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 2924 Stanton St, Springfield, IL Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD) and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
