Essential Duties: Promote a welcoming positive customer service culture which encourages quality patient outcomes and staff retention Reviews assessed case management needs as expressed by clients and as indicated on the client treatment plan Responsible for a minimum of 30 hours of production per week Assists with monitoring patient engagement and communicates with the treatment team regarding patient attendance, participation, and any barriers or needs to support treatment involvement Communicates and assists all patients with their transportation needs which include regular contact with their insurance company and constant tracking and updating of all standing orders Acts as liaison with the MCO designated transportation companies Acts as back up staff member to assist in completion of the Intake Screening for Immediate Access to Care Processes all newly admitted patients from referring detox unit into level 1 OMT (including scanning all documents daily) Coordinates with detox staff via email from referring hospital with appropriate paperwork as required Other duties as assigned Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30a - 3:00p) with flexibility to accommodate agency's needs Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 310 W.
