Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems. Essential Duties:

• Check in MAR clients that are presenting for medication

• Review client files for any HOLDS and instruct clients to follow through with drug screening, referral to counselor, etc.

• Perform clerical duties (i.e. answer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, transfer calls, etc.)

• Answer questions and provide additional information about FGC and services offered

• Maintain accurate visitor logs, assign visitor badges, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel

• Operate communication systems (i.e. intercom, two-way radio, etc.)

• Relay written or verbal messages to designated personnel

• Route emergency calls as instructed

• Assist with toxicology procedures (if needed)

• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00a - 2:30p)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 120 N. 11th Street, Springfield, IL

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required; At least 2 years of customer service, administrative/office manager experience preferred.
