****$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

1st $1,000.00: after 30 days of employment

2nd  $1,000.00: after 6 months of employment

Essential Duties:

• Provides direct supervision to all staff nurses allocated to FGC at Joliet, which include timekeeping approvals, commendations, disciplining, competencies and performance evaluations.
• Provides direct training, education and orientation to new staff allocated to FGC Joliet.
• Infection control data collection and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Ensures required consents/documents for incarcerated patients are obtained and scanned in patient’s chart.
• Collaborates with Care Managers and county jail personnel to ensure a streamlined process takes place for callers who are seeking to continue MAT while incarcerated.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - 2:45 PM)  with flexiblity

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Rate: $63,672 - $71,539

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required; Two years of experience in hospital or in-patient setting with 1-3 years of management experience is required.  Basic nursing and substance abuse pathology knowledge.  Strong working knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations and accreditation guidelines needed (SUPR, CSAT, SAMHSA & JC).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) and current certified CPR is required.
