Family Guidance Centers, Inc seeks to support the behavioral health of individuals, families, and communities through our commitment to innovation, accountability, and compassionate care to facilitate positive, lasting change. ****$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**** 1st $1,000.00: after 30 days of employment 2nd $1,000.00: after 6 months of employment Essential Duties: · Manage the scheduling of company leadership meetings, send meeting invites, and document meeting notes. · Create a monthly company newsletter, sharing relevant content with employees. · Place orders for promotional items and printed materials, and maintain accurate records of orders placed. · Optimize social media presence for Family Guidance Centers by developing engaging content, collaborating across departments for event alignment, and enhancing visibility for programs/services. · Capture and share visual content (photos, videos) from community events and conferences on our social media platforms. · Support the grant data reporting process by reviewing, reporting, and tracking client surveys, as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: 2630 S.
